I cannot get the map function to work. The map that displays does not show ANY planets; hence I cannot colonize till the evening when I get home and use my desktop computer.
Does anybody know of a solution?

I will try the alpha map. How do you change the magnification on the alpha map? When I use it on my computer the planets all overlap each other, while the regular map is set to 1:5 magnification and everything is fine. When you gonna write a App Hal for the IPhone & IPad.  |

I don't know for sure but if you can use Google chrome it has an IE emulator tab that will let you use the old map.

What is the double finger slide?
I'm trying to open alpha map on a DroidX2 and I can only see the left portion of the map.
Can't scroll around at all.
Can you add the directional arrows of the old map to the new map? That would solve all my problems.

Neither alpha or old map..
