Hello,
try to invite members on Galaxy #132. but there have no alliance option.
i mean i can`t invite players.
2 tick`s ago i invite one player and that is it, no more invitations.
i see 3 players but i can`t invite them.

max alliance size for gal 132 is 2 members . thats why you cannot invite anyone else.. read page 1 of gal 132 thread
